This technological phenomenon eliminates the need of operators, not only saving in cycle time but also save thousands of dollars in manpower hours. With its state-of-the-art design, the ATW-2 is able to wind single, bifilar, trifilar to quadfilar. The use of a winding plate system instead of the tradition shuttle system, the ATW-2 can achieve a finished inner diameter of 1mm, completing most miniature coil applications.
